Introduction to Gait Analysis Course

You will learn the theoretical underpinnings, technical observation and assessment skills needed to accurately identify variables of walking and running gait cycles that may contribute to the current or future injuries of an athlete. These changes may lead to discomfort and biomechanical adjustments that adversely affect performance, and increase the risk of injury. We will examine the specific effects on gait, the consequences to the athlete, and how we may intervene to determine the best interventions that will enable the athlete to train at their desired level.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a CPD Certificate of Attendance valued at 16 CPD credits. The course is designed for all sports-care practitioners, personal trainers, runners, and anyone with an interest in this topic
